Our rentals are weekly. Need more time? Just give us a call to extend for another week if we’ve got it available.
Can I cancel my rental reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Yes, we require a refundable deposit of 50% of the rental cost for each item. Any big mess-ups, missing parts, or returning dirty gear might eat into it a bit.

You’re outdoors, stuff happens! We expect normal wear and tear, but you may be charged for significant damage or lost items, up to their replacement cost.

Yes, please! We ask that you return gear in a clean condition, especially items like tents or sleeping bags. Dirty returns might get a cleaning fee.

Totally! Ask our staff about purchasing options if you fall in love with a particular piece of gear.

Our staff is happy to provide a demonstration or walk you through using the gear before you leave the store. Feel free to ask any questions when you pick up your rental!

We’ll do our best to help our neighbors get outside. We currently don’t allow any rentals within 12 hours of the pick-up time.
